The Air drying machine is to remove the water from the surface of potato slices or potato strips by using strong air at normal temperature. This machine is also widely applied to other fruits and vegetables for convenient packing.
For further dewatering, the process can ensure the crispness of potato chips & fries after frying.
While for further deoiling, the process can cool down the chips or fries, to prevent the chips or french fries from clogging together for there is oil on the surface after vibrating the deoiling process. Besides, after being cooled down, the potato snacks can be conveyed for the following processes, such as potato chips flavoring and potato chips packaging.
Advantages of Air Drying Line
It is made of fully stainless steel. The thickness of the main body is 3mm and the thickness for the outlet and water collection plate is 2mm. The frame is made of 304 stainless steel square pipe of 50*50*2mm.
It is equipped with a water collection tray to collect the wastewater.
The mesh belt is made of 304 stainless steel with holes of 3mm. The threading is with a diameter of 8mm. The mesh belt can be flat or turn over style. The width of the mesh belt can be 500mm, 600mm, 700mm, 800mm, and 1000mm.
The power of the air fan is 0.75kw. The height of the air fan can be adjustable. The air fans are separated into 2 groups which are controlled separately so as to protect the motors.
The speed of the conveyor can be adjustable with frequency adjustable Siemens motors.
The frequency converter is Mitsubishi, and the electrical appliance is Schneider Electric. The bearings used are Japanese NSK stainless steel bearings.
Two types of belt conveyor for choice: turnover type mesh belt or flat type mesh belt, suitable for different products drying.
