Details of Industrial Potato Washing Peeling Machine

1. It is made of 304 stainless steel square pipe and stainless steel plate. The frame is made of 50x50x1.5mm and 40x40x1.5mm square pipe. The water tank frame is made of 304 stainless steel plate with a thickness of 6mm, the spiral blade is made of 304 stainless steel with a thickness of 3mm. The discharging plate of the outlet is made of 304 stainless steel with a thickness of 2mm.
2. It adopts brush and spiral rotation to wash and peel potatoes. The machine can be used for fully potato washing and peeling to remove the sands, dust, and other impurities and peel the products.
3. The speed control motor is Siemens motors. It is operated by the operation panel with Schneider electrical appliances. The speed and washing peeling time can be adjusted as per your requirement.
4. It has 9 brush rollers, which can be soft nylon brush, hard nylon brush, and stone brush. It can be chosen according to the different materials and different purposes. The material of the brush roller is treated by a special process that is durable and no damage to the materials.

• As for fresh potatoes, we suggest using 9 hard brush rollers
• As for old potatoes, we suggest using 5 hard brush rollers & 4 emery rollers to thoroughly peel
• As for the thin peel potatoes or carrots, we suggest using soft brushes to lower the waste rate.
• As for washing purpose only without peeling, we suggest using soft brushes to wash off the surface dirt, meanwhile achieve polishing purpose, like mango, orange, carrot washing and so on
• As for cassava, fish scale, or oyster, we suggest using hard brushes or emery roller.
• As for ginger washing and peeling, we also have specialized brushes specially used for gingers washing and peeling.
